Keeps my parrot well-hydrated for a good price

I am using this for my African grey parrot who is in a temporary cage right now. Despite having a strong beak she has not been able to crack the nozzle. It works very well. It never clogs. I have been very happy with this product and the price is right. I would suggest buying a soft bottle brush for cleaning. One that has a nipple brush is especially helpful so you can clean it the inside of the nozzle.

The clip broke first time I tried to slide the water bottle out of it. Everything else about it was great. The clip design is a major defect. You can't expect a thin, brittle piece of plastic to have sufficient give in it to allow the bottle to slide out easily enough without the risk of breaking the clip. I'll bet that a lot of others who have posted a review have experienced this same problem of the broken clip within a short time after starting to use it. My suggestion to the company is to design a metal clip, even if they have to charge a dollar to two more for the device. You'd have a lot more satisfied customers that way! Would be easy enough to do.

Bottle keeps falling off of the handle it's supposed to snap into. It's really loose. I bought a previous one that had a box shape where you thread the bottle and that one is very secure. I'm wondering if this is a knock off.
I recommend this product

Great product! My dog Spot didn't get it at first but we put a little peanut butter on the water dispenser and he realized quickly what it was. It screwed on really easily onto Spot's kennel so now I don't have to worry that he's dying of thirst while he's in his kennel and we're at work.
Not too bad

Not too bad. It does drip a small amount even after pushing the little ball up a couple times to get it into place. I've never actually seen my dog use it because it is in her cage which she only goes into when I leave the house. But the water level remained the same for a long time (dog avoided it and chose the back-up cup of water on the floor of the cage), but then it finally started getting lower and then was empty, and it didn't seem to be leaking all that much. So it looks like she finally figured it out.
