Very sturdy. I'm just over 200 lbs and these things don't even notice I'm on them. Good grip. If I were to need another I wouldn't hesitate to get these same ones. I like the gray color, and the straps so far have worked great, it's easy to quickly adjust for a pull up or dip position. I have them hanging on a pull up rack for my 9 year old to easily be able to grab as well. Honestly I expect them to last and I will probably never need another pair.

These rings are strong and well made. The rings are made of plastic with a roughened surface that's easy on the hands and keeps them from slipping when they're moist from sweat. The web clamp is easily adjustable for changing between various exercises in just moments. I like the color, because they will get dirty and this will make it less obvious. Highly recommend them!

Love these rings to practice ring dips, push ups, pull ups etc. These rings are very strong and sturdy and go over our over-the-door pull-up bar for in-home exercises. My young kids also love to hang on them and thus get some of their muscles moving....always much better than watching movies on cold days. Overall, we really loved this set and can't beat the value for the price on Amazon.
