AMAZING and so easy to attach to steering wheel. I wish I had bought one years ago. I have arthritis in my hands and often turning the wheel was painful and difficult. I had hand surgery 6 weeks ago and bought this so I can drive during the healing process. I like it so much it will stay on always.
I original purchased another brand that needed tools to install and the holes for the screws would not line up. Amazon refunded my money even though the company did not take returns.

I ordered this in prep for getting rotator cuff surgery so I'd be able to get around. Not only has it made life bearable during recovery and given me the ability to get around, I have gained a lot more confidence in using it even in some mild 4x4 situations. One start lost because the bearing in it is a bit looser, a little tighter less wiggle and it'd be a solid 5 stars. Even then, I'm probably going to keep it on my truck even when I no longer need it.

I am disabled and having to relearn how to drive with hand controls. It's quite hard to turn the van when it is more or less stopped. The spinner helps with that turn. The only negative is that it wants to detatch when I get to the bottom of the steering wheel in the turn. My husband bought some black wire and looped it around the base of the spinner to keep it attached. Overall I think the spinner helps a lot.

Great Value! I use it on on our motor-home, makes steering corners a breeze. I would give it 5 stars if they made two sizes, since this product is universal the tension type grip works well, but I could see it even better if I could use a "small size" for a older model ford steering wheel, if you have a newer vehicle with a more substantial diameter to the wheel, this will fit very snug and likely not slip under force without the use of the double stick tape. I opted not to use it, the whole permanent mount anxiety, so I deal with a tiny amount or slip, i should call it movement under heavy force, as it still holds quite well.
