Bought these for a Princess Carolyn costume. Not too tight - I'm 5' 8" and 140-150lbs, 36" hip, 28 waist, size 27-28 in women's jeans, but not super curvy. The seam at the backside had a small stress hole, and I don't have a large butt, but that was after running around in them all night, and definitely reusable. Otherwise, good material, not too thick but not thin, not opaque, extra room in the legs for people who don't have toothpick leg problem like I do. I'd recommend.

Darn! Another Amazon Fail. These are terrible. They lose their shape immediately. I've had mine on for about 10 minutes, and they're already dropping around my knees/ calves/ankles (and I am far from petite- size 10-12 to be exact) the material is very course too. These are not worth 10 bucks, more like a "Dollar General" item. The color is sharp (aqua) but that's it, otherwise, these feel very cheap.
