What can I say? I like melba toast and it is a difficult product to find (at least where I live). It arrives fresh and mostly intact. It is crispy and has a nice crunch to the teeth. It makes a good snack. It dresses up nicely for hors d'oeuvres. Good with salads and soups.
Great and Healthy Cracker/Toast

Been eating Melba toasts all our lives. Now we are watching our sodium count and was happy to find these Melba No Salt Added toasts. Can't find them in my supermarket anymore so ordered them here. They were cheaper than the grocery store was and the exact same thing. Anyone needing to watch their sodium content, and we all should be, I recommend these to satisfy that crunch urge with absolutely 0 sodium!
I love it but...

I love this Melba toast and I've been buying it for quite some time at my local grocery store. I just ordered it from Amazon for the first time recently. But I'm surprised at all the broken pieces. I know Melba toast is brittal and breaks easily but when I buy it locally there's rarely any broken ones in the box. I'm not sure what the reason for this is or what to think.
Best for thick dips...not the best taste by itself

These flatbreads just don't have the same taste as restaurant variety. They are quite hard and not the easiest on your teeth. I found they tasted like burnt toast - not great. They are better with a heavy cheese dip if you need a cracker that doesn't get soggy.
Great Product

Excellent product. I have eaten these for quite some time with my salads. Our local store decided to "reset their cracker stock aisle" and they no longer carry them. They sold out every week but "corporate" decided to not include them in the new stock plan. Go figure. Way to go "corporate". So, I now buy them by the case - same great product and I never run out.
