Not as good as The Tye Chair. This product has less fabric and seems short and unsafe. Not happy with this selection.

We used this seat with our 10 month old son while traveling for 2 weeks. It worked on various chair sizes, even adjusted to fit over a high chair with broken straps. I don't know why people say it won't fit on several chairs - there was one chair it didn't fit on because it was especially wide. We really like how adjustable this seat is and we feel our son is secure with the shoulder straps, clip that goes around the bottom of the chair, and the drawstring that tightens on the chair-back. Like any high-chair, of course don't leave your child unattended in it. We also love how compact it is - a bit bigger than the palm of your hand. So convenient for traveling with a baby!

How do I loathe this product, let me count the ways:
1) I'm not sure what size chair this would actually fit on. I thought my dining room and kitchen chairs were pretty standard chairs, and the part of this product that fits over the back of a chair is WAY too short. The product I received would not have fit on the chair in the display image.
2) the 2 shoulder straps are not even a hand's width apart. My daughter is only 7 months old and it pinched her face!
3) in the picture, it looks like the seat pouch attaches to the back of the chair. It does not. The only way it could do that is if the back of your chair was literally 2 inches tall. Otherwise, it's just a belt.

Wow. This is secure, fits all the chairs in my house, and the shoulder straps keep my 3 month old upright! He's 13 weeks old, and LOVES hanging out in this portable seat! The shoulder straps keep him upright. He also has an Ingunity seat, but slouches forward in it so we don't use it yet. I know the packaging says 6 m + but if your baby can hold his own head up this seat is THE BEST! Plus it folds up super small, so it's easy to throw into your purse! As a first time mom I've purchased ALOT of things I really didn't need... this however is my favorite thing I've gotten yet! Better than the bouncer, walker, mobiles and excersise mats with mobiles! It's better because I can just put it on any chair around where I am. I've been able to get SO much done! I do dishes and he watches me, I can finally do laundry and he sits there and watches me as I tell him the colors of the fabrics I'm folding!

This is awesome. We take it with us when we travel anywhere--it folds up small in a pouch that comes with it. Converts any chair into a infant seat. Some other brands out there don't adequately hold the baby in the seat/have enough straps (ie, baby could wiggle out). But this, with the 5 point harness, securely holds the baby so I don't worry. Great purchase for when you go to restaurants that may not have high chairs or to friends/family who don't have a high chair.
