Used as a sealer on urethane rubber coated weight plates that were off-gassing a horrible chemical smell. Not to mention black marks they would leave on everything they touched. Took 4 coats, but it finally sealed them to an acceptable level. Stopped 90% of the smell and no more marks.

Beautiful finish. 4 coats have lasted just fine for months of fairly heavy traffic. You can see where I have rolled heavy carts in some areas, but that is my doing. I got another quart for touch up, and i am very happy with how much life this gave my dead grey tile. I did use the Inc cleaner/stripper first.
