Tastes like cashews, I use to make cashew milk, 1/2 c cashews soaked in water just to cover overnight. Next day blend with 1 cup water then add about 1 - 1.5 more cup water and blend more. Keeps very well. Cashew milk is awesome, I use it for my smoothies and protein drinks with ample meal replacement
