Tasty with sesame oil & soy sauce!
Amy Hall•July 14, 2017
These are so good with some sesame oil, sesame garlic seasoning, and tamari or soy sauce. There's a lot in the package. They are really long, so I tried cutting before cooking & they didn't cut easily...next time I tried cutting them after cooking (used kitchen scissors) instead and it was much easier.
Love it!

I love noodles but can't have grain products, and this is perfect! It has one ingredient: sweet potato starch. But you'd never guess that. When cooked it looks and tastes like cellophane noodles. I love it!

as a celiac I eat a Lot of sweet potatoes. theses are a great alternative to other GF noodles as well as the actual sweet potato that I find too sweet at times. Boild quickly has a nice firm texture and pairs well with all flavors. my favorite is sesame oil, sesame seed, pea pods makes a great pasta dish
