So far so good with this brush. I am going to have to look more into getting a stiffer exfoliating brush head for my acne. It does great getting makeup off and rinses clean. It's easy to use and the price was way better than the more expensive cleanser brushes. I am trying to step up my face care routine so far this is a great addition. I do wish it was chargeable though.

The item itself is in great condition and worked well with what it's advertised for, but I don't see a big enough difference in my skin even after using it. Also, you must be careful when applying pressure to your face when the brush is spinning, because the first time I tried scrubbing my face, it left my skin irritated as hell. The next couple of times I used it, I was afraid to damage my skin again, so I just grazed over my skin lightly in circular motions like the instructions told me to. It didn't really clean anything off. I'm still trying to figure out if I'm not using this product correctly or what... I have sensitive skin, so I'm gonna stick with using this only when my face is caked with makeup. Otherwise, use the tools nature has given you: fingers are still the best imo.

It's like a face massage every day! I love the way it makes my skin feel--soft and smooth. I can't imagine how great it would feel if I used it twice a day like I'm supposed to. :) And the customer service is fantastic! So easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

I love this cleansing brush! I've gotten several brands from various stores because my face needs a good deep clean without hurting my face. All the store bought brushes are just too harsh the bristles leave my face red.
But after ordering the Lavo I cannot say enough good things about this brush! My face had cleaned up in the week that I've had it, my skin is actually smooth and it gently brushes away all that dry skin. If you have a friend or family member who needs a brush but all the ones they've tried irritate their skin they have to try this one! Believe me I was reluctant too, but so so happy I got it.
