Just could never get a comfortable grip on my Glock. I tried the Hogue and Pachmayr slip on grips which would slip or move slightly after an all day shoot and would require readjusting to maintain proper grip. So after settling for the Hogue grip for a few years I found Talon Grips and decided to give them a try, I was amazed. I opted for the rubber, which feel great, very comfortable in the hand plus they never slip and work great. Easy to install, had to trim just a smidgen around the mag release because I installed an after market release. Looking for a great comfortable grip for your Glock give these a try, very pleased.

This is perfect for a Glock 19 Gen 4 with the back strap on. Now you do have to take off the back strap when you install this but once it's in you just put the back strap on and it sits there just perfect.

So I just got my Talon rubberized grips for my Glock 19 Gen 4. At first when doing my placement test I was a little nervous about the grip not fitting correctly, after about 2 minutes of debating with myself I just went for it. Low and behold they fit great and I had them in in about 3 minutes. I have not taken it to the range yet but just holding the gun in my hands I can tell they are going to work very well. Now the grip is a little off centered on the backstrap but that's ok with me.
