Very good mouse for the price

The mouse is a tad heavier than I expected, but after removing the inner weight it's fine. If you are looking for a lightweight gaming mouse, this is a very good choice. Fairly good shape, it lets you grip the mouse so it doesn't slide out of your hand even if it gets sweaty. The surface coating also makes it grippy. Sensor is great, no skipping even when moving it at a fairly quick speed. Buttons are extremely nice, responsive and clicky.
The one downside so far are the feet. The top ones are too small and drag on my mousepad (Razer Goliathus Control). They actually set in after 4 or 5 days of use and slide a lot better now, though, so it's not too big of a problem. Cord is also not great, but not a problem if you have a bungee.
Overall I suggest this mouse to anyone who wants to enter the gaming mouse market but doesn't want to spend too much, and for people like me who prefer lightweight mice.

good movement and crisp button clicking

This works very well, good movement and crisp button clicking. I really like the ability to adjust the speed of the mouse right there on the mouse rather than having to dig into control panel on the computer. I have not had any problems with lag or latency. The scroll wheel works smoothly and feels nice with the kind of rubber coating on it. Overall I would recommend this mouse to an average level gamer. If you are a hard core gamer, this mouse will not be enough for you.
Entry level price, above-average performance

It's a good mouse for smaller hands. I modified mine with some tennis racquet grip tape to not only bulk it up, but also improve the grip texture. The sensor and everything you get for an 'entry level gaming mouse' is great. One of the few mice at this price point with a 'flawless' sensor and it doesn't seem to spin out easily if you are gaming at low sensitivity settings. Also, I really detest side buttons since I'm an ambidextrous user, so this is one of the few gaming mice that actually suits my needs without making me grumpy when I actually use my left hand (and have to deal with buttons in the way)!
Want a normal size mouse with excellent performance, look no further...

I have 7 of these between work, home, desktops, laptops, mac and pc. I do not like the larger gaming mice - they are too big for my hands. I prefer the standard form factor, but with much higher resolution. When I read this was the #1 Starcraft mouse in the world (I am NOT a player BTW) I realized it was a comfortable and precise mouse - which was what I wanted. And it is. It blows regular mice out of the water - and the selectable DPI is super cool. It goes from fast to faster to ridiculous. Gaming, art, whatever, just got better. And the price? Less than 20 bucks? How can you not love this? My early units have lots of gaming, art and dev hours on them and still perform flawlessly. This is one of life's truly great and affordable products. Absolutely highly recommended.
Decent mouse for everyday use

I like the way you can change the sensitivity on the fly, but I honestly leave it on the most sensitive level all the time. The shape, mouse wheel, and 3rd button (wheel) all work fine. I still miss the "back" thumb button on my Intellimouse Explorer, but the G100s has worked fine for me. My only complaint is that I wore out the left button in under 4 years, which is why I ordered this replacement. The optical performance has been flawless.
