One bad experience from an otherwise good company
Vincent•February 23, 2018
I was dissatisfied with my first purchase but Hirts quickly replaced it. Unfortunately, It was only marginally better. Arrived in pretty poor condition and I've had to struggle to get it healthy. Ended up clipping and re-rooting to make a new plant. I've purchased other plants from Hirts and been very satisfied. I'll chock this one up to Spider plants just aren't their thing.
Huge plants, very healthy

Bought 3 of these for hanging in my house. I'm blown away by the size and health of them for the price. 18 - 24in leaves on all 3 of them. I was expecting some tiny starter plants based on some of the reviews, these are huge. The actual seller I purchased from was: JMBamboo
Plantastic!

Arrived in pretty good shape. Very few broken leaves. Ive had mine for a few weeks and it's already made new leaves and a baby!
Not great but not awful.

This isn't a bad review nor is it great. everything was packaged securely, but not too tight. The soil was damp not soggy. Not sure why the tips are brown and look as if they were snapped off the spider plant. The plant is really root bound to the point where there was a good chunky root was hanging out on top. The snake plant had a couple damaged spots. I am pretty sure they can be in full glory in a month or so. I will update photos if they do.
Good plant

It arrived in a different colored pot than the picture which makes it look a little cheap, but we will be transplanting it so I guess that isn't a major issue. It was well protected and looks ready to hang right out of the box, even a little bit bigger than I expected.
