Won't link to Alexa. Support is terrible!

Very poor, if non-existent customer service. According to Skylink, the app Alexa will not disarm, only arm system. This is the only thing the Alexa app will work. I've been trying to resolve a linking issue with Alexa for over three weeks now. They will not call me back nor when they do, don't have sufficient knowledge to answer my questions! Also can't link this review to Skylinknet.com, the company website!
