Someone mentioned that they bought cedarwood oil to refresh these so I did the same. Agreed with other users they lose their smell quickly, I still see moths but I think less of them? Not sure.

Hang-Ups aren't cedar.

In the order I received, the rectangular blocks were pure cedar. The four Hang-Ups were another kind of wood, stained (probably with something with cedar oil in it) to look like cedar. After I sanded the blocks, to release more odor, I tried sanding the Hang-Ups. The cedar color vanished and there was bare wood, pine or something, underneath. Before sanding I'd noticed that there was a strong cedar smell in cupboard with the blocks; it was almost indetectable in the closet with the Hang-Ups.
