but the PB-503 came with no schematics or instructions on how best to use it

You get very little for your $75 if you had hoped to have some guidance using the PB-503 workstation with the Instructor's Guide, since there is no guidance nor instructions whatsoever accompanying either. I purchased the workstation as a short-cut to designing circuits, but the PB-503 came with no schematics or instructions on how best to use it. I found some assistance on youtube, but that is all. If you are a new instructor that had never used the PB-503, you must figure things out on your own through experimentation.
