Great shirt. It is a little loose but not terrible.
Here is what I would recommend flr sizing. If you want a tight fit, order your true size. If you want a little bit of wiggle room but still show your muscles, order a size up.
For reference, I'm 5'10 180 lbs, athletic build and I ordered a large.

I ordered one size larger than I normally wear as recommended. And hey...it fits perfectly. The shirt is well made and feels great. I am 190# and 6'2". I normally wear a large polo shirt so I ordered an XL. Fits tight like a base layer shirt should. A large would've been way too tight.

Great material, not too clingy, and very comfortable. I've had issues with other tight fitting shirts where the material had a weird texture, or the seams were in irritating places, but this one got it right. Would, and probably will, buy again. I use this as a base layer under a sweater and windproof jacket for my 2 mile bike ride into work in the mornings when it's still cool. Haven't had the opportunity to test it in anything hotter than 65°F, but so far so good. Washed a few of these two times, and appears to be holding up well.

I like it but is a little big on me for my taste. I'm 5'10" 185. Ordered a large but medium would have been better. Its a good solid shirt and the material doesn't feel cheap like some of the others do.It's not so big I have to send it back. I really like baleaf's stuff so next time I will get a medium.

They're tight but I expected that. (My first time with togs like this.) I have large limbs, etc. so I feared I'd have to get a larger size. But these work for me. I wouldn't go smaller but use a little common sense in choosing your size and your should be all right.
