I ordered this expecting it to be milder due to the fact that it has no seeds. I was wrong. This stuff is pretty hot and theres not much flavor, just heat. I've had to to half or even quarter amounts for recipes and it still packs too much of a punch for my daughter, and well, me too. Personally I'll just stick with a quality fine ground cayenne. 12 ounces of this stuff will last me 30 years.
