Fantastic little drum. I've only gotten a couple of hours in with it so far, but I can already tell it's going to be sturdy and sound great. Little bit of tuning needed straight out of the box, but that's to be expected.
Also, it may sound silly, but I was super pleased that this drum came with the allen key needed to tune the snare wires. I know it's like a 40 cent item, but it saves so much time and effort if you don't happen to have one on hand, like I didn't. Great touch - it's the little things. :)

We've had this for a while and have used it to play for parties and busking downtown, as well as music auditions. It is very light and of high quality and sounds great! My daughter sits on it to play her cello, and uses her foot for the percussion sound. Would highly recommend!

Really like this Cajon.. having fun jamming with my son. Put a mic in it and you can get pretty much the percussion needs you want except the for the cymbals and high hat. Don't sit on it while trying to watch a movie with your granddaughters, hard to not thump on it!!

Had establish a budget of $150 for a starter cajon and what a great choice this was. Excellent fit and finish shows that good quality control is in place. Snare strings sizzled a bit too much for me but a quick and easy adjustment solved that. Good drum + good price = good value..recommended!
