I bought these after a million times buying the full test strips-even though I just needed to measure ketones. And these sure showed that I was in ketosis! So I though maybe it was a false positive kind of thing. I didn't expect as much as it said. So were they mistaken?
Absolutely not. They measure as accurately as the full urine strips at half the cost. I got some full test strips to measure against, and they were almost exact. No need to waste an extra ~$10 if you just wan to measure ketones.

I love these strips. This diet and way of living is new for me. It was so great to be able to get up every day and use one and see it change colors. Then at night to see it still purple/brown. It is so encouraging that I even thought since I was doing so well on week two that I didn't have to keep track of my carbs as closely. Items were turning into a serving and a half or a little extra of something "today." The strips didn't change color for 3 days and I knew I had to look at my diet and get back on track. It was great to see the strips back to purple. Today I went grocery shopping and that magical phase you think will never come, where you don't crave carbs and junk food anymore, it arrived. I went grocery shopping, got what I needed and left without having to stop myself from buying something I couldn't have because I just didn't crave it anymore. Definitely recommend this product and seller for those starting out, either as a new lifestyle or as a way to lose weight.

100 strips for the price of 50...

100 test strips for about the same as 50 of the ketostix. These strips work very well. It's sometimes tough to tell at times, but they even write on the bottle to wait 40 seconds and recheck. As long as you get a color change from the original, then you know you have ketones in the urine. They do change to a really dark purple/black color an hour or two after use (regardless of your result), so make sure you check reasonably quickly after testing your urine for accuracy sake. The company sent a nice email with like a welcome packet almost too. Good guys.
EDIT: Bought in April, used about half of them with no problem. Knew I was in ketosis so I stopped using after June, went back in August to try for fun, and all the strips inside the bottle were purplish/black pre-test. I left the strips in the bottle with the absorbent the whole time, protected away from light. Strips do not work now. Expiration on bottle is 2019. Dropping from five stars to two.

Not accurate. tested with comparator proves it is not accurate.

It is not accurate. After multiple days showing no ketones , I obtained Siemens UA strip to check. Using the same exact urine sample and following the directions as printed (40 second immersion in sample ) you can see the Siemens strip showed significant ketonuria while this product did not show any ketones.
