These little wonders were recommended to me by my podiatrist. I don't have a hammer toe but one toe overlaps and the guy underneath gets blisters sometimes. I slip the toe pad onto the underneath toe to lift it up and place it next to the overlapping toe. Perfect solution and I don't even know it is there. It stays on even with sandals.

Just as described. Used these for three weeks of walking through Europe. They saved my trip. Allowed me to keep walking a lot longer. I just kept them in my purse and put them on when my toes started burning, pain went away. Easy to clean for multiple use.

This works great for my hammertoe. It takes up the space left by the curled toe and allows me to wear sneakers all day now,. Before I would get such bad foot pain after 30 minutes. I wear it on my third toe for a second toe hammertoe.
