Bought this as a Christmas gift for the kids. After about 3 months the battery wouldn't charge. Very disappointed. It's now a piece of crap in the garage that the kids can't play on because it won't charge at all.
Update: I started thinking that I should check into a product warranty on this. Most pricier toys have a one year warranty, right? Wrong. There is a limited warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase. Being that I purchased it over a month before last Christmas, the warranty ended in February. If I could give this less than one star I would. Not worth over a hundred dollars for the kids to ride it less than a handful of times.

I have had no problems with this car. It has functioned as advertised, with not hiccups. Speed is perfect...its a hit with my daughter and the neighbourhood children. Online support that is available when needed is a plus

Had it for less that two weeks and it has broken!!!
This is the second one I had and I returned the rust one for the same issues. Will not buy another one ever again!!

This Razor is the hit of the neighborhood! My 11 year old has driven it so much the wheels are needing to be replaces. It does make a lot of noise when you are riding outside. I would definitely buy this for him again. It provides hours of entertainment in our neighborhood.

My rating is based on Razor's customer service. We purchased this a a Christmas gift for our 11YO son. Simple assemble - screw the seat and stealing wheel in, charge and you're ready to go. Except that components were bent up and the kart won't drive forward Christmas morning when he finds it under the tree! I contacted Razor about a replacement since this was brand new and the problem was clearly a manufacturing issue (see attached photos). Their response was to offer replacement parts and refer me to a service center where we would have to pay for labor. Keep in mind - this is a brand new, out of the box item and it would further delay my son enjoying his Christmas gift!

I contacted Amazon next, they sent a replacement without batting an eye! I am so glad I purchased this through Amazon, they shipped it right away and my son was out racing around within 2 days. You would think Razor would stand behind their own product but at least you know Amazon is on your side if there are any problems.

As far as the 2nd one we received - the kids love it! We have an 8YO, 9 YO an 11YO and they all have fun. My only complaint now is that the seatbelt broke already. Luckily we still had the defective first one and were able to swap them out with minimal difficulty.
