I started using this a few days after having my baby. After 2 weeks, my husband says I'm back to how I was before pregnancy. This is also thanks to no junk food/drinks. I was around 188 pounds with an hour glass shape body type and the regular size wraps well around my body. I like how I can put this together without any help. I didn't see any specific instructions on which piece to put on first. There aren't specific labels telling you which one is first, second or third. But I went with what I was comfortable with. There are three pieces to this.
First time using, don't squeeze too tight especially after having a baby. Your body will do it's part as you use this to help. If you're feeling too much pressure, then take breaks. I recommend this product. I'll probably still use it after labor recovery weeks are over. Best of luck to everyone.
