The media could not be loaded. I've tried several different types of Kinesiology Tape/kt throughout the years because I have a lot of injuries and they all start peeling on the edges right away even if kept dry and I round the edges I do everything to the company's directions and I would still have issues. This brand I decided to
try out Theraband is by far the best I've been wearing it for hours since receiving it and it has stayed in place even after getting it a bit wet from washing my hands! Also it has non-latex adhesive so I won't have a rash from wearing it other brands would break me out in sores along the edges after a few days of wearing other kt tapes on my injuries which was painful and uncomfortable.

I LOVE THIS TAPE!! I have really bad peripheral neuropathy. It is soo bad, that it hurts to put sock on and then take them off. I have been using medical tape which does work, but is very expensive. I came across an add for this item, and did my homework, and read the reviews on Amazon. It sounded a little too good to be true. But I was soo desperate for some relief, and not empty out my wallet, at the same time. On the first use of this tape, (you do have to read the directions to apply properly), after I got home from my 12 hour shift, I had total relief when removing my shoes and socks. I could go straight to bed, and not have to wait for my pain pills to kick in. This is a Godsend for me. The price of this tape, is nothing compared to what I was paying before, for "medical" tape. I highly recommend this item for those that suffer from similar foot pains.

This stays in place and provides better support than KT tape. It even stays in place after a shower and drys quickly. I love the helpful grid lines too. My skin was a little sensitive with KT tape but this doesn't bother me. I use it for arch support for plantar fasciitis daily. This is my go-to from now on
