Ever since I bought a steam mop I have wanted a steam cleaner for everything else. Finally got one. This little steamer puts out an impressive amount of steam (see video). It also seamed to heat up way quicker than I was expecting. The unit comes with a clothes steamer attachment, a hose extension (you aren't supposed to tip the main unit more than 45º), a brush attachment, a right angle nozzle, a window squeegee attachment, a rigid fine point nozzle, a microfiber cover that fits over the clothes steamer, a funnel, and a water measuring cup. Over the weekend I tried this out on our stove, 2 windows, the kitchen sink, and kitchen floor grout lines. The steam melted right through that layer of cooked on grease that a stove/oven gets on it. My household cleaners had a hard time getting through that and I've never loved the idea of spraying chemicals right on the stove. I used it on 2 windows that get pretty dirty over the sink. It worked pretty good on those but I think I'd stick to my homemade window cleaner and squeegee as I'm just a little afraid to put hot steam on glass windows (especially in the winter). The real champion event was the grout lines in the kitchen floor. They were disgusting. The steam and the brush attachment made quick work of it and the grout looks a lot better. I can't wait to let this loose in the bathroom. The biggest advantage I see of cleaning with steam is the versatility of what it can clean safely, it still disinfects really well, and the only 'cleaner' I have to buy is distilled water. I was able to almost continually use it with just about 10 seconds of letting it make more steam after extended sprays. and 250ml of water lasted through all the things I mentioned cleaning with a little left over. The only heads up I'd give is that it is a little loud but it is steam so that's expected.

I wrote an ok review before and I'm coming back to take away 2 stars. I bought this with the hope that I could scrub my brown grout and turn it white, but apparently brown grout was a choice someone made and not actual dirt. It got the grout clean but it stayed brown. Disappointed, I tried to raise my spirits by trying the steamer on other things. Didn't get the rust stain off the tub. Didn't get the burrito stain out of the mattress (don't ask lol). Only really visibly worked on things I could have gotten with any other cleaner like smudges on door frames or dusty baseboards. But it sanitizes! Awesome. That burrito stain is super sanitized now. Now I don't have to worry about the next burrito getting old burrito on it even though I can STILL SEE IT. Also, the thing is kind of heavy so you can't use it for a long time, which isn't a problem because it needs to reheat ever 3 minutes or so. And the indicator light that lets you know when it is reheating is angled downward so you can't see it if you are actually using it at the time. The safety switch is a joke and doesn't prevent me from pushing the button, it only makes it more difficult to push it all the way when I actually want to push it. The safety switch makes my thumb hurt from the pressure too. Don't buy this. I am sad.

I received my item yesterday and tried to use it for the first time today. I filled the pot using the funnel and measuring cup and securely put on the top. As soon as I pushed down on the safety lever steam was coming out the top as well as from near the lever you push down, so very near my hand. Luckily because I was being cautious, I was able to move my hand before serious damage occurred so I was only left with minor burns. I let the steamer cool down before I removed the top. Upon further inspection I noticed the rubber seal on the lid had a slight defect which prevented it from sealing correctly. I returned my item today and will continue shopping. Yes - the lid was on correctly. This is not my first time using a steamer of this sorts, but the first where I've had this issue. I will be sure to check that on the next one I purchase.

I had another brand just like this for years. When it finally died I hunted diligently. Tried the smaller ones-no good for me. So when I got it I took it out and went straight to work. 10 pieces of clothing later it was finally running out of steam. I love it. They do need to tweak their manual. about the small sprayer staying on and the safety cap. The small sprayer always stays on. The Safety Cap does not go all the way down and is difficult to put back on. Other than that it is absolutely fabulous. Now, off to work on the shower.

This lil b#*€h is great!!! Having this is like having a cleaning gun going into cleaning battle!!! Cleans grout, crayon off walls and my oven!!! Love it. Powerful before pic is nasty and after one pass with the steamer and NO cleaning agent .... see the result
