Originally only had to use the yellow cartridge, which worked fine at first. After a couple of weeks we had to install the magenta cartridge and now all print jobs printed in color come out with pink toner all over the place. Cleaned the cartridge and tried again and still the same, cartridge is leaking toner all over the place. Kind of worried about what the blue will do when I install that one.

Review Update: Vendor contacted me after the poor review and provided a replacement free of charge for the magenta toner. Verified this toner works and does not leak and now I'm very happy with the product when it works as expected.

Today I just received my toner from Amazon and right away I went to replace my toner because I was waiting for it to come so I can print as I was opening each one of the color the yellow color came out all over the toner when I opened it but the rest of the colors was good and clean. I would give it a 4 star but the yellow came out all over . Otherwise the colors came out good after printing it. I have spoken two pictures one of my print out and one with the yellow ink all over the toner. Good price for the toner I would but it again. hopefully they would package their toner better next time. I have one thing to say I just scanned this card to check if I cwould win a $30 gift card for Amazon and when I did it said offer expired so why would you put something in your package and be expire and it has no expire date on it to when this offer ends. That's a false advertisement I am taking a star away.
As I had said that my ink had a problem when I received it and I wrote the review and letter to the company and tight away they fix the problem with out me asking them to replace it but they did replace me with a brand new ink toner and as for the card it was a mistake and it should not of been put in the box and they also in form me about it. I really appreciate this company for stepping forward and fixing their mistake that they made. Thank you so much . I will order again. I also leave you with the old review too because I want to tell you what happened and want you to know the truth about the whole situation and that this company is a very good company. This is my own true situation of what happened. Thank you so much for me to share to you all.

I had high hopes but just installed the magenta cartridge and it leaked everywhere! Also...since I had purchased these last year as backups, they cannot be replaced at this point. Lesson learned...buy the original equipment replacements. :( I want to provide an UPDATE to this review. Within 24 hours I was contacted by GlobalToner's customer service and they offered a free replacement which I declined and said I just didn't want to take the chance on another major cleanup...within 48 hours a FULL reimbursement was applied to my account. Now THAT is customer service! 5 STARS! UPDATE: I ordered a new set from them and the cartridge is fine. I only replaced the one (magenta) but I'm hoping for the best.

I've been buying these for years. Like I said in the title, you get what you pay for. When I buy the OEM toner cartridges I never have any issues with leaking or banding. It happens once in a while with these especially when they are around 75% used. I have to actually take them all out and put the printer on a stand outside and blow it out with an air compressor to get all the extra powder that leaked all over the place. Kind of a pain in very messy but what a great savings. Customer service is excellent. The couple of times I've had to complain that they've exploded and are leaking all over inside, I do apologize and send me a new one. I'm pretty patient and know what I'm getting into when I purchase these so I don't have a problem with it. I'm sure it's just bad luck on my part because if these were terrible quality, this company would more than likely going out of business. I just bought this pack to replace the other one I purchased a while ago. The yellow and magenta were leaking powder and the black was printing dark in the middle and light on the top and bottom. None of them were over 60% used but I got a good year out of them. We'll see how long does next set lasts.

original post: this was the first time I have tried the INK-E Sale products and the cyan worked OK but the MAGENTA cartridge bled badly.

updated 05/17/2020: I received an email from INK-E customer support in May 2020 and they wanted to address my problems with the TN 210 toner cartridges and sent me a complete replacement set of all 4 cartridges. When I removed the original MAGENTA toner I noticed it had leaked toner all over inside the printer. After cleaning it up and installing the new cartridges the MAGENTA worked fine but the CYAN was not working. Customer service then sent me a pair of replacement CYAN cartridges and now all cartridges work correctly. For my troubles, INK-E refunded the original cost of the cartridge set.

I must compliment INK-E on its customer service. They really go all out to make sure I was completely satisfied. For their customer service I upgraded my rating to 4 stars. I would try them again given that I know if I have a problem they will stand by their product.
