Some of the "historical" countries were pointed out by some of my Chinese employees as not existing, I think it was Mongolia, but the map was very beautiful and large. The company also sent us some bonus maps.

Fabulous, huge map with lots of fun stuff included by the seller for free! We put it up over our king-size bed with some poster putty. Will definitely purchase from again.

The map is a regular sized old world map. WILL NOT FILL THE MAJORITY OF A WALL LIKE IN THE PICTURES. Too small to hang without framing so I guess we will shell out the hundo to get it framed. If it were actually wall sized, we would have just put it up without a frame but it would just look like a poster at this size. I gave it two stars because I should have been smart enough to use the measurements to tape it out but instead I trusted the picture. Won't be making that mistake again.

Map is beautiful and as described. Came with several other bonus maps. Shipping was in good order. Because of all the reviews about map being damaged during opening, I was super careful. But there are clear instructions on how to open....maybe people were too excited and didn't read?

I'm hesitant to dock a couple of stars from a product due (possibly) to my shortcomings but this son-of-a-gun made me use lots of bad words when I tried to put it up. Full disclosure: I'm not too experienced with wallpaper and/or borders and now I'm fairly certain I'll never be. I should say that the map looks great and I'm very happy with the appearance. Sadly, I pretty much ruined it attempting to put it up. If I had it to do over again, I'd simply tack it up rather than try to do the wallpaper thing.
