awesome optics, but for the price some secondary issues with rubber parts coming off the chassis.

The design is pleasing and professional. The optics are excellent, I took them to the store for a comparison with Vortex diamondbacks 10x42. They are slightly clearer and sharper than the Vortex brand. I took plenty of time to establish that, no question. But, the bushnell $50 cheaper price comes with secondary design flaws. The occular side rubber cup sleeves that your eyes rest on that are supposed to be a permanent part of the binocular are sliding off the hard barrels and one of mine has come off. It's easily put back on but there is a high risk of loosing it. This is likely to happen when you affix and remove the separate one part protective rubber duo caps. At the other end of the binoculars there is a similar problem with the objective lense rubber protective caps. They cleverly attach to the barrels hard chassis via their ring rubber extension. That too slides off and falls very easily for example if you take the binocular out of their soft carrying bag. These two things do not affect the optical performance at all. The vortex use hard plastic at the occular instead of rubber (which could be less comfortable) so does not have that issue. The objective rings is just an annoyance but if you loose the occular side rubber it exposes the eye relief guides grooves in the chassis which is more of a concern. After a coupe of days using them i realized the focusing wheel has slack in it. I went to a local store that has the E model with same mechanism and the focusing wheel was firm without play. This slow down the ability to focus every time you change the focus direction. I felt this a more serious defect that impaired usage direclty and decided to return them.
EDIT: I got the replacement binocular. All the issues are gone, even the rubber rings seemed to be made of a more elastic rubber don't fall off. The focusing wheel is normal. Though when they arrive something looked wrong with the diopter locking ring which looked pushed down slanted but as i pushed it down i clicked fully and went back straight. After that I had no problem with it. For the price though these are awesome binoculars, again the optics are excellent better than Vortex diamondback and I used to own Talon Vortex as well at $380, though pin sharp in the center they were not as shap in the periphery of the field of view like the legend. My conclusion is that these are $400-$500 optics binoculars with mechanics no better than a $100 binocular. The result is an extremely appealing value. From the issues I had on the 1st pair only the loose focusing wheel was a performance issue. With the 2nd pair I am very satisfied. These are excelent binoculars for bird and criters watching. But I would not take them in the dirt. These are not military grade ruggedness in construction, it's all about the glass.
Perfect!! Got this for a concert @ SoFi Stadium!!

I was looking for binoculars specifically for a concert. To be specific, I needed them for the BTS concert in SoFi Stadium in LA back in November/December 2021.

I did quite a bit of research before finally deciding on these. The price was within my budget and based on the description/features/reviews, it fit my needs perfectly.

I was seated in the 100s and 200s section for the concerts and though it isn't exactly too far, it wasn't close enough for me either. I wanted to see the members' faces with my own eyes rather than rely on the big screens on stage. So I bought this. I have no regrets!! They worked as it should and I couldn't have been happier! The clarity was really good even if I wasn't completely stable throughout (there was a lot of screaming and jumping around involved, plus I had to hold this with one hand since my other hand was holding a light stick lol). The weight is also pretty good. It didn't get too heavy too fast and I was able to hold it for prolonged periods whenever I wanted without it bothering me. When I wanted to take a break, I just dropped it and let it hang around my neck. I also like that it isn't bulky. It folds in which is great since the bag I brought to the concert was rather small so this didn't take too much space at all!

The only thing that made me hesitate from buying this was the price but in the end, it's worth it. Now I plan on bringing this to every concert I go to.
Bargain binocular.

I wasn't expecting too much. I wanted to try a 10x binocular to supplement my Leica UV7x42, particularly from hides where I might be able to steady them.
There are reports of parts coming loose, but not many condemning the view. I was delighted to find that the view is clear, that is it has good contrast, better than many. The sweetspot isn't very large, but the image sharpness degrades quite gradually out from around 30% from the centre. Even at the edge, it has good definition, coupled with low levels of CA, I found that I really enjoy the view. The focus is a little firm, but may free up with use and I detected a little backlash in the focus control... something that I have come to expect from most Chinese made bins, but not enough to ruin the experience.
I have no idea how they will stand up to normal use (I tend to baby them), the view through them is very good if only slightly limited by the sweetspot size, they are light and the contrast of the image is excellent, on a par with my best bins and better than my Nikon 8x30M7 (it's a little diffcult to try to compare image qualities in other sizes on bins)... At the price i paid, it was a bargain. Just one comment for Amazon, they were shipped in a larger box without any packing, so that the boxed bins could slide around inside. Being shipped across the Atlantic, I might have appreciated better packing... but, they turned up in perfect condition.
Very happy with the quality and brightness of the Legend L series

You're going to be hard pressed to find better glass for the money. They're very good in low light. They're more compact that similarly priced vortex binoculars and brighter. I particularly liked the larger eye aperture because I can leave my eye glasses on while viewing through them. Not quite as big as a similarly priced set of Leupolds but very close. The focus is fast and you can hold the binoculars while focusing with 1 finger, so single handed operation. I've only used them once so long term quality is always a question but they solid. The magnesium frame makes them heavier than most binoculars there size but also gives you the confidence that they're well built. I was out on several cold mornings and no fogging issues. Didn't experience any rain other than a drippy tube out of my backpack....lol. Anyway, I had the opportunity to buy a set of Leupolds for $120 but after comparing them I stayed with the Legend L Camo's I had. I'm going to rate this a very good buy.
Outstanding optics

I really like the glasses, but the left eye cup came loose and fell off the first time I used them. Found it two days later on the floor of the Jeep, put back on, and finished the hunt. The glue is brittle and did not adequately adhere to the rubber cup. I would have otherwise given a 5.
I have a pair of Leupold 10x50's that I like, but they are just too big. These are a very good substitute for them. Compact, lightweight, clear, bright, and easy to use. Feels good in the hands, too.
