Product arrived on time and well packaged. Easy to assemble, but recommend watching the manufacturers video. Appears to be a sturdy , well crafted device. The lifter worked well on my first time out, but had an issue with one 36" diameter manhole. The problem may have been that this particular MH cover exceeded the 300 lb limit. Will keep using and update to 5 stars if all goes well.
