Uppababy Expensive

I purchased this base for my vehicle so I could transport my grandson without having to switch seats out every time. it was a smart move but it was expensive. I utilized Youtube to help set it up and it worked like a charm afterward. It only works with Uppababy systems. Do not attempt to use a baby seat that is not an Uppababy baby seat with this base. It will not fit nor will it lock and it will endanger the child. If you don't have the seat and you want the base just purchase the seat. A base comes with the seat but you don't know this until you get the seat. You kill 2 birds with one stone.

The car seat base is easy to use and has clear instructions for installing into your cars. It's also not that big so it doesnt take up a crazy amount of space in your car.

It's a bit pricey just for a base, but when it comes to the first grandchild, I guess I need to buy it if I'm going to be able to drive him around. Sturdy. Always recommend to have a certified car seat fitter install it in your car - too many are installed incorrectly!
