This is perfect for what im using it for, to protect my new leather couch from my dogs. My pugs like sitting on the couch and their nails will scratch it up. I got the sofa sized one and it fits my couch quite well. I measured the seated area (not including the arms) at about 62inches and I think this fits up to 77 inches i believe? So measure your couch. It comes with a strap that stretches the whole back length of my couch.
With a little smoothing and tucking it looks as pictured but once you sit on it, it wrinkles of course. Its ok for me cause as I've said its only to protect it from my dogs. When i have company it comes right off. I recommend and I just bought the love seat one as well!

It is definitely not burgundy, it is red. If you are looking for burgundy specifically this is not the color you are looking for. I bought 2 because I was trying to just put down a barrier between licking dog tongues and the new couch so I knew that it wouldn't fit perfectly. I didn't want to spend a ton of money and knew I just moved, bought a new couch and wanted something to keep on when it's just the dogs and I home. I don't know if it would fit well on the couch or not. It does what I hoped it would.

If your sofa has over stuffed arms, these will not fit correctly, regardless of the dimensions given in the description. My sofa is 92" from end to end and the arms are not covered due to them being overstuffed. Other than that they are okay. Because of the material and look, I would take them off before company comes over. BUT, they are perfect protection from pets and kids. If your sofa arms are not overstuffed, these would probably be fine.

Works fine for keeping my furniture free of cat-hair. Hair accumulates on the cover instead of the couch, and about once a week I toss it in the washing machine. The one that I ordered for the over stuffed chair fit and worked beautifully. The one I ordered for my extra long sofa fell short by 12" on both sides so it was a bit of a hassle. I did happily use them though as they protected my very light-colored fabrics. I recommend them to anyone with large (or small) breed dogs.
