Disappointed by a used product

I saw this product at my sisters house and loved it. Mine arrived an hour ago and I'm really disappointed. The outer box has no dents but the product box is dented on one side. Opened the box and the towel dispenser was clearly a used product. Read instructions, opened the dispenser only to find the rod that goes inside the paper towels is missing.

Superb. It works perfectly 99 percent of the time. There is a trick on tearing off the towel so it doesn't cause the adjoining towel to bunch. Another cool thing; if two towels come out, tear off the one you want and the unit will suck the towel you don't take right back in. It takes extra large rolls with no problem. I would recommend this auto paper towel dispenser to everyone.

Great product. Does what its intended to do. No issues so far. Make sure to put the roll in the correct way and you should have very little issue.

This has save me many times. Very glad i bought. Glad it has optjon to give half a sheet, whole sheet or more. I thought it was chrome but it was just gray plastic. Still heavy to rip with one hand. No more wet hands trying to rip a towl and getting the rest wet.
