Bought two of these three years ago in 2015 to cover the top of our pergola. Unlike the other reviewers,I did not use the ball bungee cords to attach it. I used deck screws to fasten it and it was perfect. I remove the screws and take the tarp down during the winter months and put it back up in the spring. After three years it is still in good shape, but is beginning to become a little brittle due to the fact it is in full sun all summer long. It has a couple of very small tears in it now, which is why I am looking to purchase another one. It worked perfectly to keep the blazing sun off the deck where the patio table is. The color (wheat) is very nice and it looks very pretty. We get many compliments on it.

Bought for Arizona sunshade use. Lasted for about 3 months. First i noticed flaking around the edges. The material on the seams broke apart and flaked. The first good storm and it ripped it apart quite a bit. Going in the trash. This one is not the quality sunshades that use the same kind of fabric as the coolaroo sun shades.
As you can tell from the picture the borders are a different fabric from the field material. That's a dead giveaway of something. I own about 5 different sun shades and all the good ones are made from the same fabric throughout. Buyer beware.
