I have never had the best luck with making my own crispy pizza crust. This one tastes great and if cooked the way they suggest and cooked on a rack after it is really crispy and holds up to a lot of toppings.
I wish there was a totally keto version of this, but the net carb count is ok for an occasional treat in moderation. If you're not worried about carbs at all then this crust is for you. And if you do watch carbs this one is a better choice than a lot of others I've seen.
There are probably a lot of good cooks who can make a crispy keto crust, I'm not one of them so I til a lower carb option that is at least as good of quality as this one comes out, I'll be using these. Put them on my subscribe and save.

I ordered the regular version, but I was sent the Sprouted Grain version. I went ahead and tried it and did not like the flavor, something like raw grain. Now I'm afraid to reorder because I might get this version again.

It's thin, very thin, but it gets nice and crispy right on the rack and comes out pretty darn good. If you like a very thin pizza this is for you. If you like to load up on tons of meats and make things heavy this probably won't work so well for you. It's great for my kids to make one of their own the way they want it and just put them all in.
