I will continue to re-twist until I become comfortable then I may go back into the interlocking process

It may be operator error... I even watched the YouTube videos...Still had issues using this tool.... new to the DIY loc maintenance since January 2017 so I am in the early learning process...I will continue to re-twist until I become comfortable then I may go back into the interlocking process...my locs were originally installed as sister locs so they are small however the time I spend during this is "ME" time so I enjoy it and gives me a sense of empowerment...I will continue to grow and learn...Sure it's great for someone just not me at this time...

For the price I expected better. It came in a beautiful blue suade box, great packaging but when you use it, it still snags your hair and it's not too great on large locks at all...I probably could've brought something that works just as good for a better price

Don't know how I lived without this tool. It does exactly what it says. It's easy to use. I recommend to anyone with sisterlocks or locs. Great invention.

The tool itself is great, I love that it's curved vs. the actual ******lock tool. Genius idea...
BUT... always a but, lol I did NOT receive a little blue bag for storage as stated by other reviewers, the YT videos by the creator, & the description here. I only received the tool itself in the velvet pouch. I was looking forward to the storage bag..

I went from paying 165$ and up per retightening to no longer having maintenance costs. If you have locks this is a must even if it's only used between appointments to freshen up your edges. It comes in a nice case and pouch so between those two I have not lost the tiny item yet. For me this literally never happens because most small items I own are lost before I blink. Virtually pain free compared to the sister lock tool because of its smooth coating it glides easily through your locks. It is large enough to hold comfortable for hours because I am slow and the instructions are easy to understand. I have small to medium sister locks and could not be happier with the new freedom I have .
