Decided on a Millenium stand due to the seat comfort. Although the seat is very comfortable (and doesn't stay soaked after a rain), there are a few things to consider. One: the design of the ratchet strap is such that it cannot be used on smaller diameter trees (purely guessing 8in min diameter) Two: since this uses a receiver/stud system, if there is a knot, or protrusion, in the tree (below where you installed the receiver), the stud of the stand may not be able to be installed in the receiver (side note: the stud of my stand does not fit well in the receiver. Tolerancing seems to be an issue on my particular stand). C: the stand is not quiet when put in backpack form without some modification. The seat post clangs against the base.
Overall this is a very comfortable stand, and I like the adjustability. Depending on your wants/needs there might be more cost effective options.

THE BEST loc on i own. I have summit, api, big game, lone wolf and millennium loc ons. The m60 is my new favorite. The m100 millennium is my second choice. All the others come in waaaay down the list in comparison. No other stand comes close in comfort and ease of hanging to millenniums. Every stand i buy from now on, will be an m60 or m100
