If I could give it negative stars I would. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. The description of this product is very misleading. We programmed the phone #'s per the instructions. When we pushed the pendant button to test it, the first # was called. When the phone was answered the pendant suddenly started speaking Chinese. There was no way to stop it, or to speak to the person on the line to tell them what was happening. The pendant then proceeded to call all of the programmed phone #'s and 911, each time sending the Chinese recording. There was no way to delete the pre-recorded Chinese recording, change it to English or any other option. The instruction booklet comes in English, but states nothing about a pre-recorded message. The instruction booklet references that a "service" will be called when the button is pushed, even though the description for the product states no service needed. There are two pages of paper included which explain how to set up the system and program in numbers. We bought this product for my elderly mother in case she falls and needs assistance. This product is a HUGE disappointment. Never again will I purchase a product that doesn't have a review. Buyer beware.
