Organizer works nicely and really cleaned up my pantry area. Installation was a cinch and it comes supplied with all the hardware you need such as screws, wall anchors and plugs to give you a nice clean finish.
Gravity gets the best of this organizer

I bought this to store brooms and mops in our hall closet. Installation was easy and I had everything hanging above the floor. However, as the minutes ticked by every item slowly slid down until they were all touching the floor! The rubber rollers that are intended to grip the handles are just not tight enough or "grippy" enough to hold things tight. I also bought the RockBirds T45 organizer at the same time and installed that in the garage to hold heavier items (shovels, rakes, etc.) and that item works far superior to the Twist and Shout organizer. The Rockbird's design actually makes the handles hold more tightly with gravity, so nothing slides down once you lock it in place. Plus the Rockbird has a sturdier metal frame whereas this one is plastic. I highly recommend the Rockbird T45 over this item.

This price of crap does not hold items securely; they just keep sliding. Although I received it just one week ago, they will not accept it for return. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This was a good buy, but one thing you should is; be sure to hang high enough, so your mop or broom etc. doesn't touch the floor. I hung mine with the broom and mop head hanging down, the caps on top of the mop & broom is what stops the mop & broom sliding thru the rollers and hitting the floor, but if you hang your things like in the picture you will not have that issue
