AM receptikn is good. FM reception is bad.

It is as advertised. I live 40 miles from Downtown Chicago. It picks up AM channels well. FM reception is flat out bad. OE whip tuned in eight fave channels, this will only bring in three of them. But it doesn't hit my garrage. This is going back.
Good for height problems.

I purchased this antenna to replace the one that came on my Colorado, because with the original one I couldn't get my truck into the garage. It works ok, but FM stations don't come in very well, when you are away from local area. I would recommend this antenna is you have issues with the height of the original antenna.

It looks better than the ugly OEM antenna. However, the FM signal is pretty bad. Don't buy this if you listen to the radio alot. I'm only giving it two stars because it looks nice, I use Bluetooth for music so I don't rely much on the radio antenna.

Loss of almost all signal with this antenna due to it not screwing on... At all. The design of the antenna prevents it from being screwed on more than about half a thread. Good looking antenna, but come on guys..

The product arrived the next day as I'd expected. And, it looks much better than the stock antenna on my 2016 Colorado. Unfortunately, I noticed significant loss in reception with FM stations. For that reason I'll be returning this item. I gave this a week to see how I'd like it, and I just couldn't deal with the loss in reception. But, the product itself is well made and great quality and customer service was great to deal with.
