This is the first hemp oil I have purchased or tried. Ever since I opened the bottle, I have used it for everything. A tablespoon with popping corn makes a great snack. It pops the corn with a nutty flavor and works perfectly in my silicone microwave corn popper. I have had no problem with heating it in a skillet to make eggs or grilled cheese--it turns the bread slightly green but tastes great! Will purchase again.

I can't say anything negative about this product. I turned to this item because I am trying to see if there are any health benefits derived from its use. So far, I think that it may be helping. It may even be healthier since it's a source of plant-based omega 3 fatty acids. I've lost a little more weight as body fat since adding a couple of teaspoons to my morning smoothie. However, I have been living healthier, staying away from prescription drugs unless it's absolutely necessary to take them, and I exercise regularly as well so I don't want to mislead anyone. It appears to be working for me and if I don't have any problems, I will keep buying it. Do some research. I did a lot of research and I could find nothing negative about its use. Works on the inside as well as the outside.
