I tried this for a Swift concert, and I loved the idea of it. Technically it fit my waist and hips (I'm generally an XL 16/18 and I did the XXL I believe). However, it was incredibly short. I couldn't figure out a pair of thigh savers that would work underneath it without them showing. I'm only 5'3", so basically be prepared for it to be pretty short!

I'm a size 12/14 L/XL waist 38" and I bought a size XL because I read a few reviews and I was afraid the XXL would be too big. The XL fits me perfectly well on my waist but the skirt doesn't go around my hips, so I have to dress it through my head/shoulders. The fabric does not stretch as I had read in some reviews but it wasn't a big a problem. The color purple is a little bit different from the pictures but it's still beautiful
