Talon Grips are awesome. If you prefer a sandpaper type feel on your gun, this is the item for you. Can go to the range when it's 90 degrees and humid and still have an excellent grip on my subcompact. I can shoot 100 - 200 rounds and the grip does not bother me. (If you have soft, sensitive hands these might not be for you. Go with the rubber grips, but they are not as "grippy".)
Best handgun grips, dont bother with wraparounds.

Easily my favorite grips. I've tried a bunch of wraparounds, Hogue, Pachmayr, etc.. but these are way better. If you carry this IWB, go rubber or else. The sanded grip is like a skateboard, you WILL chafe. I have rubber on my XD9sc, which is my EDC and sanded on my XD9 tactical, which is my home defense/range gun. Adhesion is great, just follow the instructions and you will be fine.

Talon grips came packaged in an envelope intact with installation instructions. Installation was easy As long as you take your time with prepping surface and applying small sections at a time to line up product to your liking the product will look good. Function wise the rubber texture is a great feel for maintaining same grip.

These grips are a game changer! Fit my XD 9mm Sub-Compact like a glove! I get compliments at the range and someone even thought I had gotten some custom stippling done from a gunsmith. My groups are tighter and I feel I have a much more secure draw from my holster. The factory grips on XD's are so slick! My only regret is waiting so long to get these.

did not get the extension part, mine came with only 1 rubber sticker and a talon grips sticker that says get a grip. so gun looks, so pinky finger feels weird and left out. so for me it just makes it not feel right. cant send it back since i stuck the one rubber piece i got. and used the alcohol pad.
