Super Excelent Product - A Must Upgrade for Any Glock
Maleetz✓ Verified Purchase•December 3, 2017
Basically the best grips in the industry!
As stated by many, these make an awesome upgrade to any handgun and especially the Glock regardless of what Gen you have. The rubber texture Talon grips add just the right amount of comfortable, soft surface friction for a stable grip and are way more comfortable and stable then the original OEM texturing on the Gen 4. I have used the more aggressive Talon grips for my competition gun and for that purpose the more aggressive texture works excellent but is too abrasive for an EDC (imo) and they are not as ergo-comfortable on your hands. The rubber texture just feels awesome and looks super great too. Like I read in other comments - its true - once you install the rubber texture grips they actually look like an OEM mod and are an excellent (and inexpensive) Glock upgrade that's a must!
Make sure you apply light (hairdryer) heat when installing as indicated in the instructions and the grips will seemingly mold right into the surface of the gun. Went over with heat 3 times on all my installations while pressing the material into the surface of the gun (slowly working it down and to the ends - pressing it flat to the surface) and they came out 100% perfect!
Great product and plan to add these on just about any gun I get in the future.

awesome grips for glock 17, especially for dry conditions.

awesome grips for glock 17. why did i wait so many years before trying these?
pros:
+ additional dry grip
+ more comfortable ergonomics
+ no noticeable unwanted increased retention or "stickiness" in IWB shepherd holster
cons:
- only slightly more wet grip than stock, not as much noticeable grip difference as dry but still improved. the workaround is to practice your draw more in the swimming pool or sauna.

They feel great, go on easy

They feel great, go on easy, and don't add any additional height or weight to your fire arm. I got the gen 4 model for the large beaver-tail grip on on my Glock 17. It's been on it for about a year now and I have had no issues with it peeling are anything like that. This is one of the number one recomendations I give to new glock owners that are not a fan of the Stock stippling or even not wanting to pay hundreds for an after market stippling job. Honestly if you are here even looking at them in the first place someone must have told you about them, and I would just trust them.... Hell trust me! I would buy this again!
This is one of the best Glock "mods" you can do
Nicholas Macaulay✓ Verified Purchase•August 26, 2017
This is one of the best Glock "mods" you can do. Well worth the time to install and value. Simple easy to follow instructions. All you need is a hairdryer or heat gun. This grip allows me to get a better "purchase" on the gun for competitive shooting. Helps when it's 90-100 degrees out and doesn't add any extra bulk to the grip. I have added this to my 17, 43 and just received the "grip tape" version for my new 34.
Worth the $. I don't recommend the backstraps and adding those weird rubber grips. Keep It Simple Stupid (KISS).

OUTSTANDING!!!

Outstanding! I wanted to make my other two guns as grippy as my S&W M2.0 which I carried more often due to the incredible grip. Now they all feel great. Just make sure you give the handle a thorough cleaning with rubbing alcohol. Once installed, use a hair dryer to heat it a bit and make sure everything is seated well. I repeated the hair dryer step about 4 times. Worked out well!
