The "LifeTime Warranty" is just for the bike frame which is pretty much a useless warranty

The bike broke after a year. I had issues with the front brakes from the get go. Just recently the gears and chain got stuck in the spokes while I was riding it, this broke the spokes and the gear changer, luckily I did not get hurt. The "LifeTime Warranty" is just for the bike frame which is pretty much a useless warranty. I do not recommend this bike.

Purchased for my husband beautiful bike !! Arrived in mint condition delivered by UPS shipped exceptionally well. He really likes it and says it's very comfortable. Only flaw is fenders are paper thin and bent we may just end up buying new fenders for it. Overall he really likes it though

I am using the bike for a 2.5 mile commute to work, over suburban roads and sidewalks on slightly rolling terrain. I had thought about getting a cruiser but having 7 gears is a good thing (mostly use gears 3-6). The bike came with a slightly outdated Users Manual meant for a previous Schwinn hybrid bike, I think; it did not have instructions on attaching fender and a couple of other things were not covered well. Amazon was not helpful in trying to get a replacement manual. Otherwise it was not too difficult to assemble as it is mostly assembled to begin with. It is probably worth having a bike delivered and assembled/tuned up by professionals if you want to pay for that additional service.

The bike is fantastic and exactly what I was looking for. Both tires however came with small puncture leaks. The goose neck bolt is also a bizarre design, difficult to access with the required Allen wrench and hard to get sufficiently tight. In addition, I've been fighting with the crank case. It wobbles and refuses to respond to tightening and adjustment. I grew up building bikes, piece by piece, so I know my way around. But this is a head scratcher. Frustrated. The only reason I haven't taken it into a professional shop is because it's such a hassle...one of the main reasons I ordered online.
