I just placed my 3rd order for these steaks, they are perfect. I cook my steaks exactly like another reviewer, sous vide and béarnaise, I have used either a skillet or kitchen torch to finish them off.

Omg, the best steak I've ever eaten, I marinated them, and used the Anova cooker then seared them in a cast iron pan. I topped it with a delicious bernaise sauce. I was able to cut with a fork! Definitely buying again! The cut of meat was nothing short of perfect.

These steaks were amazing!!! I would get the 10 oz and due to being so thick and I'm not the best chef, I cut in half so I had two thinner pieces. 5 oz was enough (well it's what they recommend as enough!) so one steak can serve two. The meat is so tender and melts in your mouth. It comes fresh and would freeze until ready to eat and they were just fine. USDA Prime and grass fed MAKES A DIFFERENCE! If you've never had this quality of meat you need to try it.

I bought the 4 Aged Prime Beef Filet for my Dad for Fathers Day. I couldn't see him because of Corona virus. He's 92 and gets along pretty good.
