Well that was frustrating. I opened one of the two packages with the wand tilter and YES these are great. Very easy repair and they fit perfect. Got two of the repairs done, pulled the 3rd blind down, took the old part out and when I opened the second bag of new parts much to my surprise these were not the square hole. The second pack had the hex hole which are useless to me. Oh well. Sending back and reordering the correct ones. So silly because there are clearly two different numbers on the bags that they came in.

Very inexpensive and easy to install. Heavy duty and does what it's supposed to do. Only negative is it is geared backwards: blinds tilt up when wand is rotated clockwise. Opposite of every other set of blinds, ever.

Measurement for correct size is critical. I purchased one first before ordering a larger quantity to replace several existing ones that were broken. Installation was easy and product fit well. The product seems durable though only time will tell.
