These are my favorite canned fish. They taste the least fishy of any mackerel or other fish/seafood out there.

I emptied a tin into a pan to heat up (oil and all), added some rice and sauce and these were great. They soaked up the flavor of the sauce well and it wasnt an over powering fish taste like other canned products.
