works okay. not a strong airflow through the cover, but it does enough to keep my easily overheating body cool on black leatherette seats. the unit is very narrow, so it regularly needs to be adjusted even after a single car ride

It doesn't work to cool your back. Well only in start it dose for 2 to 3 seconds after that only you hear the fan because you put it in high fan that make innowing when you drive!!!!
