Good quality, tender bamboo.

First time using this brand. It doesn't have the metallic can taste as some other brands. I also find it more tender than others. I've used a few cans already and the quality is consistent.
Received sweet corn

Sorry, but I recieved the result of what appears to be a manufacturing error. I received 6 cans that were labeled as bamboo, but inside was sweet corn. 20 dollars for cans of corn. Im not dealing with the post office to refund it.
Ok in a pinch, but use sparingly.

I bought these hoping they wouldn't have that "off" taste that the msg laden jarred versions I've tried have had. Nope, they still taste less than fresh. I guess the fact that I've gotten used to fresh bamboo shoots makes my palate disagreeable with canned/jarred versions now...
These can really throw off the taste of a dish, so use them if you must but soak them thoroughly and use sparingly.
