but hate them enough that I won't do that
Amazon CustomerJanuary 10, 2018
These are so uncomfortable to ride in with sneakers. The cage hits the bottom of the foot at an awkward place, which makes it nearly impossible to do anything out of the saddle. Was hoping to be able to attach these to my home spin bike for guests to use, but hate them enough that I won't do that. Very disappointed.

These work as advertised - sort of. They are well made and work as advertised. but.....
The base is so tall it changes the point at which you need to flip the pedal to clip in. I am so used to clipping in I don't even think about it. With these clipping the pedal up so you can clip in is very difficult.
Also the base is high enough the seat position changes. I don't have a dropper on my seat post on the bike I intended to use. They will do in a pinch but as something I will use regularly. They are just too inconvenient.

Plastic cheap and does not support foot on peddle
Awful product that does not work.
Amazon CustomerJanuary 9, 2017
These are awful. Do NOT buy them. They are not weighted correctly. I wanted to use them for my Peloton and you can't pedal standing up at all, can barely pedal sitting down, and it is very difficult to even get your feet into them (although that is the least of the issues). This is an awful product that does not work.

It works, but the flexibility comes at a steep price.

The lack of a flip tab means you have to be wearing soft sole shoes to get them to work, but more importantly is the bolt on cleat design. This adds at least a half inch in height to the pedal, which makes it a far cry from low profile pedals. It always feels inefficient and clunky compared to your cycling shoes. If they had a model with an integrated cleat and low profile it would be well worth any extra cost.

TLDR; close but not quite
